Application of PET strap packing belt

PET packing strap is widely used internationally as a replacement for steel straps in packaging applications. This is due to its excellent tensile strength, flexibility, low elongation rate, high-temperature resistance, rust-free properties, and cost-effectiveness. As a result, it is extensively utilized in industries such as steel, construction materials, chemical fibers, paper manufacturing, tobacco, agriculture, and electronics.

1. The raw material handling adopts our strict dehumidification and drying system to ensure the humidity of raw material is below 80PPM, which reduces the possibility of belt breakage and makes the belt more tough.

2. Closed loop feeding system prevents raw materials from being exposed to air and keeps them dry.

3. The screw specially designed for PET application consists of separating and mixing section to keep the plasticizing uniform, while the extrusion is controlled by a precision metering pump for stable extrusion, thus ensuring good size of PET tapes.

4. The machine is capable of producing 3 strips simultaneously. It can be adjusted according to the demanded output.

5. The die is specially designed and equipped with two-stage filter. It makes the impurity filtration cleaner and reduces the possibility of belt breakage.

6. The constant temperature heating device provides a uniform cooling environment for the PET tapes to improve the tensile strength performance. At the same time, it reduces energy consumption.

7. Annealing treatment for finished PET belt to eliminate internal hardness, maintain good shape and no deformation after winding.

8. The coiling machine is of double-disk winder, which is easy to operate and change coils.
